1- Slice the sausages lengthways (not all the way through)
2- Stuff with brie + a spoon of cranberry sauce
3- Close them up and wrap each one in streaky bacon
4- Pop onto a tray, brush lightly with egg or oil
5- Bake at 200°C (180°C fan) for 25–30 mins, turning once, until crispy and golden
