1 - Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 2 long strips
2 - Spread a cheeky layer of cranberry sauce down the middle
3 - Add the onion and garlic powder to the sausagemeat, then add to pastry with bacon & slices of brie (don’t be shy)
4 - Roll it up tight, slice into rolls and seal the edge
5 - Brush with egg, sprinkle with poppy & sesame seeds
6 - Bake at 200°C (180°C fan) for 20–25 mins until golden and glorious
